Confirm the active workspace

Open the workspace selector and verify that you are managing the intended workspace.

Upgrade on the web

Select Upgrade, compare the current options, and choose the plan that fits the workspace.

Manage an existing subscription

Select Manage billing to open the billing portal and update the paid subscription or payment details.

Pricing questions

Which plan does a shared workspace use?

A shared workspace uses its owner's plan. Select the workspace before comparing plans, subscribing, or opening billing.

Who can change a plan?

The active workspace owner can change its plan and billing from the web app. Other members see only the actions allowed by their assigned role.

What happens when I reach a plan limit?

The creation or action that would exceed the limit cannot continue. Review the workspace usage or upgrade its plan before trying again.

How do I manage an existing paid plan?

On the web, confirm the active workspace and select Manage billing to update the subscription or payment details in the billing portal.

Which currency and taxes will I pay?

Checkout displays the final billing currency and any applicable taxes. Do not assume that the workspace default currency determines subscription billing.

How do I choose Scale?
